WishList Member uses cron when dealing with scheduled tasks (example: Sequential Upgrade). WishList Member uses the built in WordPress cron and it can be adjusted as needed.
The ability to adjust and run a Cron Job is available in the Advanced Options section of WishList Member. These are technical settings so if you're unsure how to use them you can contact your hosting provider or reach out to the WishList Member support team with any questions.
